Staff Howard D. Eskridge, M.P.A. Master of Public Administraton Fire Cause and Origin Investigator Howard Eskridge, a retained consultant, has served as an instructor and course coordinator in the areas of hazardous materials, industrial fire training, arson and management at the Illinois Fire Service Institute. He was the lead instructor for liquid and gas fire control and pressure-fed fires. He works with Ruhl Forensic as a fire behavior analyst for cause and origin investigation. Mr. Eskridge previously directed the operations of an industrial fire department and emergency medical services for a petrochemical company. Howard Eskridge has state certification in hazardous materials and is a past member of the Illinois Hazardous Materials Advisory Board and the Governor's Arson Advisory Board.
