Staff Laura L. Ruhl, Esq. Vehicle Litigation Specialist Laura Ruhl, Esq. serves as the General Counsel for Ruhl Forensic, Inc. As a vehicle litigation specialist, Ms. Ruhl is responsible for performing legal analysis and providing litigation assistance in vehicular accident cases with emphasis on commercial vehicles regulated under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act (FMCSA). She additionally performs case research, depositions, motions in limine and brief assistance, with emphasis on expert admissibility. Ms. Ruhl is a graduate of the Chicago-Kent College of Law and also studied at the London School of Economics in conjunction with the University of Notre Dame. She has an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ms. Ruhl holds a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and has attended the Skip Barber Racing School for High Performance Driving. She is also active in numerous legal associations.
